Our Shipping Policy

The following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy:
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipment method Estimated delivery time & Shipment cost:
USPS Standard 3-5 business days $ 7.99
USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days $ 12.99
Between 1-4 comics will be shipped in a Gemini Mailer or comparable thickness package, standard but you may expedite it for an additional cost. Anything from 5-12 comics will be shipped in a priority box. We only combine shipping on subscriptions or orders made day of. Please request an invoice.
Collectibles, statues, toys, etc. will require a shipping quote.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Secret Origins Comics & More is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Our Return & Refunds Policy
You have 15 days, from the day you receive your item, to return any item to us for a full refund. The item must be in like new condition and/or in the exact same condition it was in prior to sale, including but not limited to, the original, unopened packaging, with price stickers in tact. We will not accept opened action figures (removed from card), or any item without its original packaging. Statues and collectibles will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once the item is returned to us, we will inspect the condition of it to ensure it is the exact item that was sold. Once we verify that the item is in 'like new' condition and/or is the same item, we will process your refund back to the payment method it was purchased with.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
